The process
How buyer representation works
Search and sourcing
We define the brief with you (type, size, budget, where the boat will live) and source candidates from brokers, builders, and owners in Mexico and abroad.
Sea trials and surveys
We coordinate sea trials and independent marine surveys, and we attend them, so the condition of the boat is documented before you commit.
Negotiation
We handle the offer, counteroffers, and the terms of the purchase agreement on your side of the table.
Import and flagging paperwork
We guide you through the paperwork a yacht needs to operate in Mexico, including temporary import permits and flagging. Regulatory specifics are confirmed case by case for each boat.
After sale handoff
Once you close, we connect you with the marina, crew, and service vendors we trust after two decades operating our own fleet here, so the boat starts its life in Mexico properly.
We run our own fleet from the same marina, so the people advising your purchase are the ones who crew, maintain, and charter boats here every day.
